Leporano
Lying in a clean and picturesque patch of nature, in the middle of a large and luxuriant plane going down to the soft sandy beaches and emerald-green sea, Leporano is the first holiday centre along the eastern lonian coast in the province of Taranto - Apulian. Here the tourists have always found places of interest, they admire the natural resources and find it easy to relax in the mild climate.

Rich in historical and cultural testimonies, from the Greek-Roman remains of Saturo to the princely Muscettola castle, Leporano is also a source of study for archeologist. Position: 13 km East of Taranto; 17 km from Grottaglie airport; 32 km from the "A14". The historical centre is at 67 mt above sea-level. The holiday villages face the ionian sea.
