Pulsano
Only one km far from the wonderful jonian sea there is Pulsano, a nice little town of about 10,000 inhabitants. Nearly
40 mt above sea level. Thanks to a mild climate it offers many and many sunny days to its guests. It has very ancient
origin as testified by the XIV-V century B.C. remains of Torre Castelluccia.
Up to ancient times it has always been a resort, the Romans
who lived in great villas on the coast enjoyed the sea and very estimed local wine. Agricolture and sea havfe always played
an important role in Pulsano's life. Old traditions and good and large accommodation at last offer to the visitors all the
opportunities which make unforgetable their holidays.
