General information
It has been recently built in the heart of Salento at only 10 Km from Lecce, at a very short distance from the sea which can be reached by our shuttle service in 10 minutes. The whole complex spreads on a 14 hectares area and it is skilfully situated in a luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation. In an ancient restored farm with vault ceiling, one can find the reception desk, the tour desk for information, reservations and excursions scouting the artistic and cultural patrimony of Salento and of Lecce, Baroque City, and their traditions. Moreover, one can find an indoors and an open air restaurant-halls where the kitchen staff prepares appetizing buffets and, every week, typical Apulian supper and maritime supper. Our rooms (possibility of 3rd, 4th and 5th bed) and our residence are distibuted in the olive-yard, they are all on the ground floor with independent entrance and a little patio. A green corner has been equipped for children's amusement. The beach, made of fine sand, is equipped with sunshades, deck-chairs, sunbeds, showers and beach-bar. It is an ideal destination for a sea amusing holiday in a close contact with the unpolluted nature of Salento.

During the summer: baby-sitting, hairdresser, beauty salon with beauty-therapist and sauna (only by request). Tour desk for information, reservations and excursions scouting the artistic and cultural patrimony of Salento and of Lecce, Baroque city, and their traditions. Every room is provided with TV set, telephone, private toilets, mini bar, air conditioning by request and by paying the excess rate, a little patio and private garden. Our residences: two bedroomed Residence, two bedroomed superior Residence, three bedroomed Residence.

Our Village has got also a bar near the swimming-pool, an amphitheatre, a TV hall, an open air disco, an indoors and an open air restaurant-halls. Hobby hall with billiard-table, video-games and table-tennis. Congressional structure. Mini- and Junior-Club. A green corner has been equipped for children's amusement. Our animation team proposes sport and sedentary tournaments, folkloristic shows, cabaret, baby dance, parties, piano-bar and disco. Sport team for children and adults. The beach, of fine sand, is equipped with sunshades, deck-chairs, sunbeds, showers and beach-bar and an animation team, all day long, for our hosts' entertainment.

Children pool. An olympic swimming pool. Two tennis courts, a volley-ball field, a bowling alley, mini-soccer field, bow-shot, an open air gymnasium, a regular football field, licensed diving centre and manège (at 5 km from our resort). Our sport team organizes dancing courses, aerobics, water-gym, tennis, bow-shot, swimming and at the seaside windsurf and canoe.
